This letter is to express my strong and sincere interest in the positions open at [             ].  With my background in Organizational Corporate Communication & Planning and an emphasis in Strategic Media Product Management (as well as a passion for the sharing of information), I know I will make a dynamic and integral member of your already winning team.

Though I take pride in my academic achievements, I believe it is my ability to lead by example that truly sets me apart from other candidates.   In fact, I am the recipient of several leadership awards and placed third in [             ] University’s prestigious “Young American Leaders Leading Leaders Leadership Contest.”  In addition, I was named “100 Creekwood Youth Leaders To Watch” by my hometown paper, The Creekwood Gazette.  The stipulation for qualifying in this list was that one must have goals.  Links to and copies of these accomplishments can be provided upon request.

I’ve attached my senior project, entitled “Diversity Today,” so you have a better gauge of my philosophies of management.  I also have people skills.

Overall, what is needed in the current media landscape is a passion for the work done, a dedication to your team members and an overall and infectious positive demeanor.
